Open Public Records Act

The New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq. (P.L. 2001, c. 404), commonly abbreviated OPRA, is a statute that provides a right to the public to access certain public records in the State of New Jersey, as well as the process by which that right may be exercised.


To submit a request, please complete the form below and send it to the attention of the Records Custodian. Forms can be emailed to inforequest@hudsonregional.gov, faxed to 201-223-0122, or mailed to the Hudson Regional Health Commission at 595 County Avenue, Building 1, Secaucus, NJ 07094.


Any request sent to an address, fax, or email other than the one specified above is subject to denial.
